Frequently asked questions.
How often should my furnace and AC be serviced?
Once a year each: furnaces in early fall, air conditioners in spring. Annual tune-ups keep efficiency up, catch worn parts early, and are usually required to keep manufacturer warranties valid.
Repair or replace — how do I decide?
A good rule of thumb: if the unit is over 12–15 years old and the repair costs more than a third of a replacement, replacing usually wins on efficiency and reliability. We'll always give you both numbers and an honest recommendation.
Are you licensed for gas and refrigeration work?
Yes — Zebi Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Inc. is fully licensed, insured and T.S.S.A. registered. Gas-fired equipment and refrigerant handling are done by certified technicians, to code, every time.
Do you handle commercial refrigeration?
It's in our name for a reason. Walk-in coolers and freezers, display cases, prep tables and process refrigeration — installation, repair and preventative maintenance for restaurants, grocers and warehouses.
Do you offer emergency service?
